2.3 Obligation to Provide Accurate Information
Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in account cancellation. If personal details change, users must notify the fc99 support team immediately.
2.4 Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details secure. Sharing this information with third parties is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, you should notify the fc99 support team immediately.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
Deposits and withdrawals on fc99 are currently available through the following methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. fc99 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.
3.2 Minimum Deposit Amount
The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳300 (three hundred taka). Deposits below this limit will not be accepted. fc99 may also set maximum deposit limits for various methods, and users will be notified in a timely manner.
3.3 Minimum Withdrawal Amount
The minimum withdrawal amount for each method is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal requests below this limit will not be processed.
3.4 Withdrawal Processing Time
Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, this time may increase if identity verification or other security measures are required. fc99 reserves the right to suspend or reject withdrawals in cases of unusual activity.
3.5 Source of Funds
Users must confirm that deposited funds come entirely from legitimate sources. If money laundering or illegal activity is suspected, fc99 may temporarily suspend the account for investigation and notify the relevant authorities.
Bonus and Promotion Policy
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members have the opportunity to receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500; or a deposit of ৳14,000 earns a ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳24,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
All bonuses require a 20x wagering requirement. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not the deposit. For example: a ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
4.3 Bonus Eligibility
To receive a bonus, users must be eligible at the time of claiming it. Restrictions on specific games or sections may apply when using a bonus. fc99 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer.
4.4 Bonus Abuse Prohibited
Misuse of the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or other fraudulent activities — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and the bonus forfeited.
VIP Program and Cashback Policy
5.1 VIP Tiers
The fc99 VIP program has four tiers, determined by a user's activity and loyalty:
- Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
- Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
- Gold — Weekly cashback up to 1.1%
- Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 1.5%
5.2 Tier Progression
Users can gradually advance to higher VIP tiers by playing regularly and staying active on the platform. fc99 reserves the right to determine and modify the method for assigning VIP tiers at its own discretion.
5.3 Cashback Eligibility
Weekly cashback is paid on net losses in specific game categories. Cashback is credited directly to the account and may not require any additional wagering — see the promotions page for specific terms.
Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play
All games on fc99 are conducted fairly and transparently. If any user attempts to gain an unfair advantage through technical exploits, software, or any other method, that account will be closed immediately.
6.2 Cricket and Sports Betting
In the sports betting section, users can place bets on various cricket markets — such as T20, BPL, or ICC tournaments. All betting odds and markets are determined at fc99's sole discretion. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled, though exceptions may apply in specific circumstances.
6.3 Technical Errors
In the event of internet disconnection, server issues, or other technical problems, fc99 will investigate responsibly and make reasonable efforts to provide an appropriate resolution. However, fc99 is not liable for all losses.
6.4 Changes to Game Services

Prohibited Activities
